Rexenda for e-commerce

In online stores, a question that waits is a cart that empties. Rexenda's AI agents answer product and shipping questions instantly, help undecided buyers finish their purchase and take care of post-sale support on every channel.

A typical day with Rexenda in an online store

  1. Product questions, answered

Customers ask on WhatsApp, Instagram or web chat about sizes, stock or shipping. The AI agent answers from your catalog and knowledge base and sends the product; when a customer sends several messages in a row, it replies once with a single complete answer.

  2. Carts that come back

When a checkout is abandoned in Shopify, WooCommerce or Wix, the store sends a webhook and Rexenda starts a flow: a WhatsApp template reminder or a message from the AI agent that resolves the doubt that stopped the purchase.

  3. Quotes and payment in the chat

For wholesale or custom orders, the agent creates a quote with line items, discounts and taxes and sends a card payment link that pays into your own Stripe account. If the customer pays by transfer, the AI reads the receipt image; in Mexico, it can also issue the CFDI invoice.

  4. Post-sale support

When an order ships, the order-shipped webhook triggers the update to the customer. The AI agent answers questions about delivery and returns, complex cases go to your team, and a CSAT survey on resolution measures the experience.

Calls for your store, when customers prefer them

Most store questions arrive by chat, but some customers call before a large purchase or about an order. The voice AI agent answers phone and WhatsApp calls with the same catalog and knowledge as the chat and leaves the transcript in the customer's history. For routine order updates, chat and templates usually work better than calls.

Frequently asked questions from online stores

Does Rexenda connect with Shopify, WooCommerce or Wix?

Yes, through webhooks. Your store sends abandoned-cart and order-shipped events to Rexenda, and each event can trigger a flow: a WhatsApp reminder, a shipping update or a message from an AI agent. It is not a full catalog or inventory sync; product information for the agent comes from your catalog and knowledge base in Rexenda.

Does Rexenda take a commission on my sales?

No. Card payment links pay into your own Stripe account, and Rexenda takes no cut; Stripe charges its own processing fees. Rexenda also does not charge for WhatsApp messages: Meta bills those fees directly to your WhatsApp Business Account. AI replies use the AI credits included in your plan.

Can the AI agent confirm a bank transfer?

It can read the receipt. When a customer sends a photo or PDF of a transfer, the AI agent reads it and records the details in the conversation. Confirming that the money actually arrived is still up to your team or your bank; for card payments made through a payment link, the agent can check the payment status itself.
