Rexenda vs. Kommo: channels, AI and pricing compared
Kommo (formerly amoCRM) is a CRM for messenger-based sales with per-user pricing, AI features metered by per-seat credits and phone calls through third-party telephony integrations. Rexenda is an AI agents platform for omnichannel sales and customer service, with its own voice AI agents and quotes and payment links in the same product.

* Pricing models differ between vendors (per user or per account, minimum terms, usage fees, add-ons). Figures are the lowest published list price of the entry plan; when the unit or billing term is unusual, it is noted next to the price. Rexenda's figure comes from its live price list. Always check each vendor's site for current details.
When Kommo may be the better fit
Kommo may fit better if your process needs several custom pipelines, a public booking page for appointments or apps from its integrations marketplace, and you are comfortable with per-user pricing on terms of six months or more.
When Rexenda may be the better fit
Rexenda fits better if you want AI agents that also answer and place phone and WhatsApp calls without a third-party telephony app, quotes and payment links in the same product, and a free plan with no time limit to get started.
How Kommo charges vs. Rexenda
Kommo charges per user: every seat on Base, Advanced or Pro is billed for at least six months, and monthly payment is not offered. Each seat adds a monthly AI credit allowance, AI agents start on Advanced, and extra AI agent packages are sold on top. Rexenda starts with a free plan with no time limit; its paid plans can be billed monthly or yearly, the number of AI agents is not capped by plan, and their work is paid with AI credits included in each plan.
Moving from Kommo to Rexenda
Export contacts and leads from Kommo as a CSV file and import them into Rexenda with column mapping, a review step and undo. Disconnect WhatsApp in Kommo first, then connect the number with Meta's Embedded Signup. Chat history, Salesbot automations and custom pipelines do not transfer: Rexenda's pipeline has fixed stages, so decide beforehand how your Kommo stages will map.
