An AI agent picks up
The AI agent that handles your WhatsApp chats also answers that number's calls: it greets the caller, answers from your knowledge base, takes details and books appointments while it talks.
Your customers already tap the call button in your WhatsApp chat. With Rexenda, an AI agent picks up, answers from your knowledge base, books appointments and updates your CRM, or the call rings in your team's browser so a person can take it.
WhatsApp Business calling lets customers call your business's WhatsApp number with the call button in the chat, and lets your business call customers who gave permission. In Rexenda, an AI voice agent answers those calls, or your team takes them from the browser, and every call is saved in the customer's WhatsApp thread.
Customers tap the call button in your WhatsApp chat, but it only rings on one phone. If that phone is busy, switched off or in a drawer, the call is lost.
What was said on a WhatsApp call stays in one person's memory. The rest of the team never sees the request, the promise or the next step.
Calling customers back from a personal phone mixes private and business numbers, and none of it reaches the CRM.
WhatsApp calls use the same inbox, AI agents and CRM as your WhatsApp messages, so every call becomes part of the customer's conversation.
The AI agent that handles your WhatsApp chats also answers that number's calls: it greets the caller, answers from your knowledge base, takes details and books appointments while it talks.
When no AI agent takes the call, it rings for everyone who can see that WhatsApp number in the inbox. The first person to accept takes it, with no extra phone or app.
When a caller asks for a person, the agent rings your team in the inbox and plays hold audio while it waits. If nobody accepts, the agent comes back on the line and keeps helping.
Calls appear in the customer's WhatsApp conversation with their duration. Calls handled by the AI add a transcript, a summary and the CRM updates made during the call.
For each number, choose to keep nothing, only the transcript, or the transcript and the recording. New numbers start on transcript only, and recordings play from the call or the recordings library.
From the conversation, ask a customer for permission to call them on WhatsApp. Once they accept, anyone on your team can call them from the browser, and Rexenda tracks whether the permission is still valid.

Connect your number to the WhatsApp Business Platform with Meta's Embedded Signup inside Rexenda. The free plan has no time limit and needs no credit card.
In the number's settings, turn on WhatsApp calls, choose what Rexenda keeps from each call and what callers hear while they wait.
Put an active AI agent on that WhatsApp number to answer calls, or let them ring in your team's inbox. With an agent, a person can still take over when the caller asks.
Take calls from the browser, review transcripts in each thread and, once a customer gives permission, call them back on WhatsApp.
Yes. In Rexenda, the AI agent that handles your WhatsApp chats can also answer calls to that number. It greets the caller, answers from your knowledge base, takes their details and books appointments during the call. Afterwards, the transcript, a summary and any CRM updates appear in the customer's WhatsApp thread. If the caller asks for a person, it rings your team in the inbox.
Yes. When no AI agent takes the call, it rings in the browser for everyone who can see that WhatsApp number in the Rexenda inbox. The first person to accept takes it with the computer's microphone, with no extra phone or app. The call is logged in the customer's thread, and if nobody answers it is marked as missed so someone can follow up.
Yes, once the customer gives permission. Meta requires businesses to ask before calling, and you can send that request from the conversation in Rexenda. When the customer accepts, your team calls them from the browser. Meta also limits how often you can ask, requires a daily messaging limit of at least 2,000 recipients and does not offer business-initiated calls in some countries, including the US and Canada.
Meta does not charge for calls your customers start, and it bills calls your business places directly to your own Meta account; Rexenda does not resell them. In Rexenda, minutes handled by the AI agent are paid with your plan's AI credits, and transcribing calls answered by a person also uses credits. You can start on the free plan, with no credit card.
You choose for each number: keep nothing, keep only the transcript, or keep the transcript and the recording. New numbers start on transcript only. Transcripts appear in the customer's WhatsApp thread, and recordings play from the call or the recordings library. WhatsApp offers no way to announce a recording to the caller, so letting callers know is up to you.
