How much does it cost? Is there a free plan?
Yes: there is a free plan with no time limit and no card required. Paid plans start at $999 MXN a month and include monthly AI credits.
Is the AI unlimited?
No. Every plan includes monthly AI credits and you can buy extra packs; the only unlimited thing is the number of AI agents.
Can I keep my number and the WhatsApp Business app?
Yes, if Meta enables it for your number. You bring up to 180 days of history once, and you need to open the app every 14 days. With coexistence, WhatsApp calls are not answered in Rexenda.
Which languages does the voice agent speak? How much does it cost?
Your customer's language: it speaks 9 languages and switches when the caller does. Minutes use credits, numbers have a monthly fee and some countries require documents.
Does Rexenda charge for WhatsApp messages?
No. Meta bills them directly to your WhatsApp Business account.
Does Rexenda take a cut of my payments?
No. The money goes to your Stripe account and Stripe charges its own fee. In Mexico you also issue CFDI 4.0.
Can the AI make up prices or act without permission?
No. Prices come from your catalog and you can require your approval for anything that moves money.
