Rexenda vs. Treble: channels, AI and pricing compared
Treble is a WhatsApp marketing and automation platform, an official Meta partner dedicated only to WhatsApp, with AI agents, campaigns and native HubSpot and Salesforce integrations. Rexenda is an AI agents platform for omnichannel sales and customer service that covers WhatsApp alongside email, Instagram, Messenger, SMS and phone calls, with a CRM included.

When Treble may be the better fit
Treble can be a good fit if WhatsApp is your only channel, your sales process already lives in HubSpot or Salesforce, and you run large WhatsApp campaigns with segmentation and A/B tests.
When Rexenda may be the better fit
Rexenda fits better if your customers also reach you by email, social messaging, SMS or phone, and you want AI agents that answer calls, plus contacts, pipeline and quotes in the same product.
How Treble charges vs. Rexenda
Treble does not publish its prices: the pricing page on its website is password-protected and lists no free plan or trial, so plans, AI agents and campaign volumes are quoted by its sales team. Meta's WhatsApp fees apply on top, as with any provider of the official API. Rexenda publishes its plans: a free plan with no time limit, monthly or yearly paid plans, and AI usage paid from credits included in each plan, with extra packs if you need them.
Moving from Treble to Rexenda
Bring your contacts in a CSV file, or export them from the CRM you already sync with Treble, and import them into Rexenda with mapping, review and undo. Ask Treble to release your WhatsApp number, connect it with Meta's Embedded Signup and resubmit your templates. Campaign history, A/B test results and Treble's flows do not transfer; rebuild the flows you use in Rexenda's visual builder.
Methodology and sources
This comparison is based on public information from each vendor's website and pricing pages, last reviewed in October 2026. Product names and trademarks belong to their respective owners. Features and prices change frequently; where a vendor does not publish a figure, we say so instead of guessing. If you spot something outdated, contact us and we will correct it.
